How to buy AS A MEMBER
(this also works for anyone already with an account, but is particularly important for existing members) You will need to login as yourself (An admin or shop manager) THEN you will need to switch to “being logged in as them”
1 SHOP MANAGERS LOG IN TO THE WEBSITE ADMIN AREA
login with your username/password at: www.tvistudios.com/login
2 SWITCH TO THE CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT
Go to “Users” in the admin sidebar
Find the customer (you can also search by name or email to make this go faster – by using the search field in the upper right)
Hover over them and click the “Switch To” link.
It will say that you don’t have access to this page… that’s because that user/customer doesn’t have access to the admin area! so just go back to the normal site or the secret-products page by typing in the url (or clicking the shortcut you’ve made in your browser bar)
3 TIME TO SHOP
You can go to either the site’s shop:
Or to the secret product page to buy anything!
4 PURCHASE
Now add whatever items to the cart and checkout as if you were them.
5 TO SWITCH BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT
You can scroll all of the way down to the bottom of the website and it should have a link to switch back to you.
