TVI Actors Studio uses zoom.us to connect you with industry professionals by way of video conferencing whenever you’ve purchased a coaching, an online class, or any other item that has a video meeting element. You’ll only need to set it up once, then it’s a breeze!

How to Join A Meeting With ZOOM

You will click on the link provided to you on your receipt or appointment confirmed email. The link will then either open up Zoom on your device or it will initiate installation instructions.

If using a mobile device

If you are joining from a mobile device (Android smartphone/tablet, Apple iPhone/iPad) then it will simply prompt you to download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app from the App/Play Store. For more, check out the help from zoom on getting started with a mobile device.

If using a computer

When entering a Zoom meeting for the first time from a computer you will need to download and install a Zoom application.

This process is easy to complete on all commonly used browsers. After you’ve clicked on the meeting link, the application will either be automatically downloaded or you will be asked to save a file. On a PC it will be an .exe file and on a Mac it will be a .pkg file. You should be able to install. just like any other computer program.
