Angela Terry

Angela Terry has been a working Casting Director in Los Angeles for over twenty years. Born and raised in sunny California, she raced to New York City to study at Circle in the Square Theatre School. Upon graduation, she returned to Los Angeles deeply enamored with the craft but quickly fatigued of waitressing, and began answering phones at the prestigious offices of Liberman/Hirschfeld Casting.

There she had the honor of working alongside brilliant casting directors on projects such as “Anne Frank: The Whole Story” and HBO’s “Band of Brothers” where she received an Emmy nomination for Anne Frank and won the Emmy for Outstanding Casting for Band of Brothers. Angela successfully partnered with Barbara Stordahl in 2002 casting a multitude of Network and Cable Television Pilots & Series, adding New Media projects when Lisa Bourne joined the team in 2016. Their digital series have since premiered at Sundance, SXSW, Los Angeles Film Festival, Outfest and Tribeca Film Festival. In 2019, the team was nominated for a Casting Society of America Artios Award for the New Media series, “I Love Bekka & Lucy”.
