Session Description for Mark Teschner, CSA:
This session is not just about Daytime TV. It’s about ANYtime. The work you do in class is about challenging you as an actor and creating compelling, memorable auditions for daytime, primetime, and films.
Actors will perform scenes with Mark as their reader, receive valuable feedback and perform the scene again implementing any adjustments to enhance the scene & deepen their connection to the material.

Session Description for Dean Fronk, CSA:
The class will include a brief introduction and industry Q&A and will cover the following topics:
1) Self-tapes and virtual auditions:
- The do’s and don’ts of self-tape auditions in this new and constantly changing environment
- How to maximize your audition when you are not physically in the room with the CD
- The changing landscape of the industry since the pandemic
2) How to best prepare for auditions by researching the CDs, producers, and directors so you can tailor your audition more effectively
3) Class will include a simulated virtual audition. Actors will receive sides for 2 separate scenes to perform during class. Adjustments or redirects will be given, as needed, and actors will receive brief individual critiques on their performances as well as their headshot and resumes (as needed).
